This project took many days and months to design and structurally engineer a pool that is 8ft off the ground and has but a single support underneath. Since the home is also elevated the structure allows for a clean unobstructed view of the backyard and river.
For this particular project, I had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards and structural engineering. The project consited of constructing a 4000 sqft pool and 2 - 9 ft x 9ft spas on the Tenth floor above a parking deck.
